We ship across South Africa and offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?

  • International: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

How do I track my order?

Are your products 100% natural?

Are Earth & Aura products cruelty-free?

Yes. We do not test on animals, and we are committed to cruelty-free practices across our entire range.

Do your products contain parabens, sulphates, or synthetic fragrances?

No. We formulate without parabens, sulphates, or synthetic fragrances. We believe in clean, honest formulations that work with your skin — not against it.

Are your products vegan?

Most of our products are vegan. Any products containing beeswax or honey-derived ingredients will be clearly labelled. Check individual product pages for details.

🧴 Usage & Application

How do I use your facial oils?

Apply 3–5 drops to clean, slightly damp skin. Gently press into the face and neck using upward motions. Best used morning and/or evening as the final step in your skincare ritual. A little goes a long way.

How do I use your hair oils?

For a pre-wash treatment: apply generously to dry hair and scalp, leave for 30–60 minutes (or overnight), then shampoo as normal. For daily nourishment: apply a small amount to damp or dry hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends.

How do I prepare your herbal teas?

Steep 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea (or one tea bag) in freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes. Adjust steeping time to your taste preference. Enjoy as part of your morning or evening wellness ritual.

How long before I see results?

Natural products work with your skin’s own renewal cycle. Most customers notice improvements within 2–4 weeks of consistent use. Patience and consistency are key — your skin will thank you.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless they are faulty or damaged.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at gafarfamily746@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll make it right.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes — exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, EFT, and other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be amended or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be in processing. Please contact us as soon as possible at gafarfamily746@gmail.com.
